SENATE BILL NO. 97 An Act relating to confidential mental                      
health records; relating to mental health services and programs;               
relating to liability for payment for mental health evaluation and             
treatment services; and providing for an effective date which had              
been placed at the bottom of the calendar, was read the second time.           
                                                                               
Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for              
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page               
1386. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 97(FIN) An                     
Act relating to mental health services and programs; relating to               
liability for payment for mental health evaluation and treatment               
services; and providing for an effective date was adopted and read             
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be               
held in second reading to the May 13 calendar. Without objection,              
it was so ordered.
